The $100 credit is issued to the referring patient after the referred friend completes their first appointment at Nest Dental.
The friend must be a new patient to Nest Dental.
The credit is applied as a reduction to the fee of your next appointment. It is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined with other offers.
One credit per new patient referred.
Credits expire 12 months after issue.
Nest Dental may change or end this program at any time. Credits already issued will be honoured.
