Your nearby dentist, minutes from Naremburn
Nest Dental is at Suite 99, 545 Pacific Highway, St Leonards, approximately 1.5 km from Naremburn village. That is around a four minute drive from the Willoughby Road shops, or a 15 to 20 minute walk if you would rather leave the car at home.
Family dental care for Naremburn
Naremburn is a quiet pocket of the lower north shore, mostly houses and young families, with the village shops on Willoughby Road doing the work that a high street does elsewhere. What it does not have is a full service dental practice inside the suburb, so almost every Naremburn household already drives out for dental care. Nest Dental is about 1.5 km down the hill on the Pacific Highway, which for most residents is the shortest of those trips.
That short distance changes what a dental visit looks like for a Naremburn family. A check-up can sit between the school drop off and the rest of the morning, and a follow up filling does not need to be a half day event. Parents regularly park once, bring two or three children through back to back, and are back near Bicentennial Reserve before the afternoon.
We also see a lot of Naremburn adults who have not sat in a dental chair since their own children started coming. Nobody here treats that as a problem to comment on. We start with where your teeth are today and build the plan from there.

Dr Carlos Turk handles much of the restorative and implant work for families who come down from Naremburn, and our dentists have each been practising for more than 25 years. Whichever dentist you see, you will keep seeing the same one, so your children are not meeting a new face every six months.
Why Naremburn patients choose Nest Dental
A full service practice a few minutes up the road
Naremburn does not have a dental practice of this size within the suburb, so most residents already drive out for dental care. Nest Dental sits about 1.5 km away on the Pacific Highway, which means check-ups, fillings, aligner reviews and implant planning all happen in one place rather than being split between two or three practices further afield.
Family bookings that suit a Naremburn week
Between school pick up near the village, sport at Bicentennial Reserve and the shops on Willoughby Road, a mid morning weekday appointment rarely works for Naremburn parents. We run evening and Saturday hours and will schedule siblings back to back so the whole family is done in one visit.
Judgement-free and prevention-first
Plenty of Naremburn adults come in after years of only bringing the kids. Nobody here will make you feel bad about the gap. We look at what is in front of us, focus on preventing the next problem, and stage anything larger at a pace that suits your household budget.
Experienced dentists and on the spot claiming
Our dentists have each been practising for more than 25 years, so a Naremburn family does not have to be referred elsewhere for most work. Health fund rebates are claimed at the front desk through HICAPS, and we are a preferred provider with NIB, CBHS, TUH, Union Health and smile.com.au, which may reduce what you pay out of pocket on routine care.
Children, schools and the Naremburn routine
A lot of the school age patients we see live within walking distance of Naremburn Public School or the preschools near the village. Their first visit is usually short: a ride in the chair, a count of the teeth, and a look at how the adult teeth are coming through. If a child is anxious, we will happily use that first appointment to do nothing more than get comfortable.
Sport around Bicentennial Reserve also brings its share of knocked and chipped front teeth. If that happens on a weekend, call us and we will tell you what to do in the first hour, which matters far more than how quickly you can get down the hill.
For teenagers, the questions from Naremburn parents are usually about crowding and wisdom teeth. We assess both, explain what is worth watching versus treating now, and give you the costs in writing before anything starts.
