Your nearby dentist, one stop from Wollstonecraft
Nest Dental is at Suite 99, 545 Pacific Highway, St Leonards, approximately 1.3 km from Wollstonecraft Station. St Leonards is the next stop north on the North Shore line, or about a five minute drive up from the Wollstonecraft streets.
A short hop up the line from Wollstonecraft
Wollstonecraft is one of the quieter corners of the lower north shore: leafy streets running down towards the water, a small station that most of the suburb walks to, and Berry Island Reserve at the bottom of the hill. It is a suburb people stay in for a long time, which is exactly why so many of its residents keep their dentist for a long time too.
Because Wollstonecraft has no commercial strip of its own, day to day errands tend to happen where the train already takes you. For most residents that is St Leonards, one stop north. Nest Dental sits on the Pacific Highway a few minutes from that platform, so an appointment slots into the commute rather than competing with it.
We see the practical result of that every week: Wollstonecraft patients who book a 7:45 clean and are still at their desk by nine, and harbourside locals who walk up on a Saturday morning instead of driving anywhere at all.

Dr Diana Arcila sees many of the Wollstonecraft patients who come to us for cosmetic and clear aligner care, and our dentists have each been practising for more than 25 years. You keep the same dentist visit after visit, which matters in a suburb where people plan on staying put.
Why Wollstonecraft patients choose Nest Dental
One stop up the North Shore line
Wollstonecraft is a small, quiet station, and St Leonards is the very next stop. For residents who already ride that line into work, a dental appointment becomes a matter of getting off one stop earlier rather than planning a separate trip. Our door is a few minutes walk from the St Leonards platform on the Pacific Highway side.
Hours that suit a commuting suburb
Wollstonecraft skews towards working professionals who leave early and get home late, so a nine to five only practice is not much use. We run evening and Saturday appointments, and hold time each day for same-day emergencies so a cracked tooth on Tuesday does not have to wait for annual leave.
Judgement-free and prevention-first
A lot of Wollstonecraft patients arrive after a long stretch without a check-up, often because their old dentist was near a previous workplace rather than near home. We do not comment on the gap. We assess what is there now, focus on preventing the next problem, and sequence anything larger around your schedule.
Experienced dentists and on the spot claiming
Our dentists have each been practising for more than 25 years, so most treatment a Wollstonecraft household needs is handled in the one practice. We claim health fund rebates at the front desk through HICAPS, and we are a preferred provider with NIB, CBHS, TUH, Union Health and smile.com.au, which may reduce out of pocket costs on routine care.
Looking after Wollstonecraft households for the long run
Wollstonecraft holds on to its residents. We regularly meet patients who have lived in the same street above Berry Island for twenty or thirty years and whose previous dentist has since retired or moved practice. Picking up that history matters more than starting again, so we will read your old records and x-rays before your first appointment if you can have them sent through.
That longevity also shapes the treatment we are asked about here. Worn edges, old fillings reaching the end of their life and cracked back teeth come up often with our Wollstonecraft patients, alongside straightforward six monthly cleans. We will tell you plainly what needs attention now and what can simply be monitored at your next visit.
Costs are set out in writing before anything begins, so a Wollstonecraft family can decide what to do this financial year and what to stage for the next one.

Getting here from Wollstonecraft
By train, one stop
Board at Wollstonecraft Station and get off at St Leonards, the next stop north. Leave by the Pacific Highway exit and walk towards Royal North Shore Hospital to reach 545 Pacific Highway, Suite 99 on the ground floor.

Driving and parking
From the Wollstonecraft streets it is roughly 1.3 km and about five minutes up to the Pacific Highway. Use the metered street parking on the side streets off the highway, or the parking stations in the Forum precinct a few minutes walk away.
On foot from the water side
If you live on the Berry Island side of Wollstonecraft, the walk up to the Pacific Highway is a steady climb of roughly twenty minutes. Plenty of our patients do it one way and take the single train stop back.
